(Pre-cooked) BBQ Brisket 450g, BBQ Sauce Included
Product Description
Low 'n Slow makes the incredible tenderness.
When it comes to authentic American BBQ, brisket is essential.
However, to truly cook brisket deliciously, you need to cook it low and slow for several hours, which many people think is quite a challenge.
So, we cooked and seasoned the brisket for you! This would normally take hours if done all by yourself!
The brisket roasted with so much love and special care is so tender that it falls apart easily, no knife needed.
The Meat Guy's original blend of spices brings out the deep flavor of beef brisket to the fullest.
All you need to do is to warm it up. Yes, that's it.
Super easy and fast to enjoy the tender BBQ brisket.
The Meat Guy staff also gave it a good review, with some even saying it was "actually as tender as the smoked brisket on a BBQ grill."
Enjoy the authentic American BBQ with this pre-cooked BBQ brisket!
Thawing / Cooking
It takes about 40 minutes, but this is the method our kitchen staff found to produce the most tender results!
1. Fill a pot with enough water to completely submerge the BBQ brisket and bring it to a boil. Do not add the brisket yet.
2. Once the water is boiling, turn off the heat. (If using an induction cooktop, turn off the heating element.)
3. Submerge the frozen BBQ brisket (still in its frozen packaging) into the water.
If you have a lid, cover the pot.
If you do not have a lid, cover it with aluminum foil or something similar. (A lid is necessary to prevent the temperature from dropping too quickly!)
4. Once covered, leave it for 20 minutes.
5. After 20 minutes, turn the heat back on to heat it up.
When many small bubbles appear from the bottom of the pot, turn off the heat again. (Turn off the heating.)
6. Cover the pot with the lid and leave it for another 20 minutes.
7. After 20 minutes, it is ready!
Since the meat will be very tender and prone to falling apart, please open the bag with care.
Slice it into bite-sized pieces, serve with BBQ sauce, and enjoy!

THAWING
Thaw frozen products slowly at low temperatures.
If thawing in ice water, the recommended time-length is about 4 hours per kg.
If thawing in the refrigerator, it takes about 24 hours per kg.
You can thaw it while in the package, but the package may open during thawing, causing leakage, so we recommend double-bagging or thawing on a tray or bowl.
