  • Shipping fees may vary depending on customer-specified delivery options. The exact shipping cost will be displayed on the order confirmation screen.
  • When ordering frozen, chilled, and dry items together, we typically prioritize frozen items and ship the entire order via frozen delivery.
  • If your order includes any item marked with "Free Shipping" and other items, the entire order will be shipped free.
  • If you wish to combine chilled, frozen, and dry items, we typically ship via frozen delivery, prioritizing frozen items. However, depending on the combination of items, the order may be shipped via chilled delivery.
  • Some items cannot be shipped together with frozen items. We appreciate your understanding.

Shipment Time

  • Approximately 90% of orders placed before noon on business days are dispatched on the same day.
  • For deliveries to remote islands within Tokyo, orders placed before noon will be dispatched on the next business day at earliest.
  • If your order includes any temporarily out-of-stock items, we generally wait for all items to be in stock before dispatching the complete order.
  • For orders paid via bank transfer, shipping will occur after confirmation of your payment.
  • If you wish to specify a delivery date, please place your order at least three business days in advance and indicate your desired delivery date in the comment section during checkout.
  • Delivery may be delayed due to natural disasters, weather conditions, inventory issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your understanding.

Delivery

  • You can specify the delivery date within 28 days.
  • For products with approaching best-before dates, delivery will be limited to within a specified period determined by our company.
  • We utilize Sagawa Express, Yamato Transport, Japan Post (Yu-Pack), or other shipping carriers. The specific carrier will vary depending on the delivery area. Please note that you cannot specify the shipping carrier.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, we will notify you the tracking number via email. You can track the delivery status on the respective shipping carrier's website.
  • For food safety reasons, the products cannot be delivered to delivery box (takuhai box) regardless of the season.

Returns and Exchanges

  • As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains incorrect items or quantities compared to your order, please contact us via the inquiry form. We will arrange for a return or exchange, provided that you notify us within 2 days after receiving the product and the item remains unopened. Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for opened items or items damaged or soiled due to customer negligence, even if reported within 2 days of receipt.
  • For returns or exchanges due to incorrect items or damaged/defective products received, we will cover the return shipping costs. For returns due to customer reasons, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • In the case of a return or exchange, you will be required to send back the relevant product(s). For set items, we only accept returns or exchanges if the entire set is returned in its original form.
  • If you request an exchange, please be aware that we may issue a refund instead if the requested replacement item is out of stock.
