As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains incorrect items or quantities compared to your order, please contact us via the inquiry form. We will arrange for a return or exchange, provided that you notify us within 2 days after receiving the product and the item remains unopened. Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for opened items or items damaged or soiled due to customer negligence, even if reported within 2 days of receipt.
For returns or exchanges due to incorrect items or damaged/defective products received, we will cover the return shipping costs. For returns due to customer reasons, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
In the case of a return or exchange, you will be required to send back the relevant product(s). For set items, we only accept returns or exchanges if the entire set is returned in its original form.
If you request an exchange, please be aware that we may issue a refund instead if the requested replacement item is out of stock.
