DESCRIPTION
A lot of customers like to make their own skewers mixed with healthy vegetables but with the quality meat and spice mix of The Meat Guy. We present you spiced pork cubes.
We use pork boneless leg cut to approx. 2x1cm sized cubes, spice with fresh natural spices only.
After that, the pork cubes are vacuum packed and immediately frozen. Nothing else added.
The meat is from the boneless leg and does contain relatively less fat, therefore you will have a great ratio of juicy white pork meat.
SERVING SUGGESTION
The cubes come with 10 high-quality bamboo sticks. depending on your skewer style you can make a few or many skewers. Putting two cubes on each stick mixed with vegetables for example easily gets you 8 skewers.
- Make your own skewers with vegetables or just plain pork skewers
- Buta-Don (Japanese style pork rice bowl)
- Japanese "Butakushi" (same as yakitori but with pork!)

The thawing time depends on many factors such as size, weight, packaging, and type of meat.

THAWING
Thaw frozen products slowly at low temperatures.
If thawing in ice water, the recommended time-length is about 4 hours per kg.
If thawing in the refrigerator, it takes about 24 hours per kg.
You can thaw it while in the package, but the package may open during thawing, causing leakage, so we recommend double-bagging or thawing on a tray or bowl.
