The barbecue sauce is so versatile

When you want to enjoy meat dishes, one option is to choose a sauce that is perfect for you. We recommend The Meat Guy's original BBQ sauce! Just pouring it over or marinating the meat will make it even more delicious.
But some people may be worried about whether they can use BBQ sauce for other purposes besides BBQs, or whether they can use it all up. Today, we'll introduce ways to use it in everyday cooking and recipe variations that will put those worries to rest!
How to use barbecue sauce
First, let's learn the two basic ways to use BBQ sauce.
1. Pour BBQ sauce over grilled or fried meat
2. Marinate raw meat to season it and tenderize it.
Simply pour BBQ sauce over grilled meat. That alone will make your regular yakiniku or steak taste even better. But instead of just pouring BBQ sauce over it, try marinating raw meat! You can marinate any meat, whether it's beef, pork, or chicken. For example, if you marinate pork spare ribs before grilling them, the ketchup and vinegar in the sauce will make the meat even more tender and juicy. The best time to marinate is 1-2 days (put it in the refrigerator to let the flavors soak in), but if you're short on time, you can notice a difference in the flavor even with just 30 minutes of marinating.
You might think you can use up the sauce by just enjoying it a couple of times, but the possibilities of The Meat Guy's Original BBQ Sauce don't end there! Next, we'll show you how to use it to make your meat even more delicious.
Barbecue sauce is actually versatile! It's convenient for prepping and seasoning!

The Meat Guy's original BBQ sauce is great for barbecues, but it's also great for everyday home cooking!
We previously recommended marinating meat in BBQ sauce, but marinating it in a small amount as a marinade will make it even more delicious. The aroma of the vegetables and spices in the BBQ sauce will add a nice accent.
This is all you need to decide the flavor! Recommended ways to use it
・Spare ribs

Marinate raw (or thawed) spare ribs in the sauce, then grill them while basting them with plenty of the sauce. By marinating the meat, the meat itself becomes tender, and the spices also remove any unpleasant odor that is characteristic of meat. The result is a spicy and fragrant dish.
·Fried Chicken

Dip the chicken in a little BBQ sauce, then coat it in batter and deep fry. If you prefer a richer flavor, add the BBQ sauce just before serving to transform your fried chicken into something completely different!
Fried chicken goes perfectly with rice, but we also recommend using it as a hamburger topping.
You can also use it as a base for the sauce you put on a loco moco bowl, or to season buffalo wings, pulled pork, or a simple vegetable stir-fry.
