ミートガイオリジナルの牛肉パティ。100％牛肉使用のハンバーガー用ビーフパティです。つなぎとして塩と片栗粉を使用しています。1枚100gとたっぷりサイズのパティが4枚入り。余分なものは入れていません。
ミートガイで販売しているハンバーガーバンズにピッタリサイズ！1パックで4個のハンバーガー、または2個のダブルバーガーができます。
シングルバーガー、ダブルバーガー、トリプルバーガー・・トッピングは、レタスにチーズにアボカドに・・と自分だけのオリジナル手作りハンバーガーをお楽しみ下さい。
直径約10cm、厚み約12ｍｍです。
・ミートガイのビーフパティは牛100％ミンチを使用。大きなブロックをミートガイの工場でミンチにしています。
決して切り落としなどのトリム部分でもなく、増量剤なども使用しており ません。
・ミートガイ自社工場での製造工程では一定品質で供給する為、機械で自動化されています。
パティ同士がくっついてしまうのを防ぐために1枚1枚シートを敷いて包装しております。
ミートガイのパティは自社工場で塊のお肉からミンチに。 ミンチからパティの製造・包装まで一貫して製造しているから美味しい状態でのお届けが可能となります。

【グラスフェッドビーフについて】
自然の環境で放牧され、牧草のみで飼育された牛のことを「グラスフェッドビーフ(牧草飼育牛肉)」と呼びます。 基本的に放し飼いであり牧草地を自由に動きまわれるので、ノーストレスで健康な牛が育成されます。 肉質は赤身が多くお肉本来の味わい・香りをお楽しみいただけます。高タンパクで低脂肪。鉄分も豊富でオメガ3(不飽和脂肪酸)や、ビタミンEも多く含まれます。 一方、和牛や国産牛の様に日本でよく口にする牛肉のほとんどは、グレインフェッドビーフ(穀物肥育牛肉)です。穀物を主体とした飼料をエサとして育った牛肉は、肉質にサシ(霜降り)が入りやすいのが特徴です。

解凍方法
冷凍品は低温でゆっくりと解凍を行ってください。
氷水による解凍なら1kgあたり4時間程度が目安です。
冷蔵庫での解凍なら1kgあたり24時間程度が目安です。
真空パックのまま解凍いただけますが、解凍時にパックが開いてしまい、ドリップなどが漏れ出す場合がありますので、バットやボウルなどに入れての解凍をおすすめいたします。

I've been buying these beef patties in bulk for years now, and they NEVER disappoint. As far as I'm concerned, you can't get a better beef patty in Japan, even if you tried to make it yourself. Oh, and the customer service is awesome too!

These aregreat beef burgers to be sure. I`ve bought them on more than one occasion and my family is never disappointed. "Buy the best and forget the rest" that`s all I can say.
These patties have a good flavor but they're a bit ah, chewy. Blame McDonalds for making us all think that a burger should fall apart in your mouth, and cheer on TMG for not following that path. Personally I think they have a lot of flavor but could benefit from a bit more fat in the mix.
Nice flavor but too big for most commercially available hamburger buns. My boy loves them and convenient to have in the freezer for a hungey teenager.
Convenient to fry a few at a time. Three can fit easily into a regular bun, making them the ideal choice for a classic, mouthwatering burger experience.

そのまま焼くだけでいいので、手軽です。
If you're buying pre-formed burgers, you have to know what you're signing up for. And these serve that purpose well. These are simple and easy to thaw a prepare however you want to make a quick burger. They're not going to steal the show over hand-made-to-taste patties, but I will take the convenience nine times out of ten. I season the outside heavily and toss on th egrill or even a stovetop skillet for a never-disappointing treat!
Sorry to write this, but not my 'cup of tea'.
There is something oddly 'chewy' and 'molded'/'Play-Doh-y' (for lack of a better word) to these burgers.
It's like there is bread crumbs and gelatin holding the things together, so it came across sort of like eating a Play-Doh burger.
Flavor was ok (not great; even my 13yr. old son agreed that it didn't really taste like a burger should); but could not get over the texture.
Hoping this review can spark an improvement because I am usually very happy with the Meat Guy purchases!

Another wonderful product from The Meat Guys arsenal! I cook up these burgers for breakfast and lunch, they are great for breakfast or lunch on the run too. Beefy, tasty and never any complaints at our house to be sure!
Great price. They fit the bill. I cooked them on the BBQ and there weren't a lot of flare ups so I could tell that they were nice a lean. I added salt and pepper and a splash or Worcestershire sauce to jazz them up.

薄くて、成形してあり、グラスフェッドビーフでシンプルに味付けしてあるので、家でビーフパティを家で食べる習慣がある人には冷凍で持っていると便利なんだろうなと思いました。
Ordered these a few times now, and they're super easy to bring out of the freezer and then cook up with the grill. Doesn't fall apart at all after cooking.

Good no-frills burger that would be great to keep on hand in the freezer, except that even with the wax paper in between they are frozen into a solid block that makes it difficult if not impossible to use one-at-a-time.
いつもハンバーグを購入していますが、初めて買ってみました。ハンバーグより香辛料が控えめですがやはり美味しい。今回はバンズをレタスにして食べました。バンズ無しでも充分食べ応えありました。

I have ordered this product on many occasions and it never fails. My family really enjoys it when I make cheeseburgers using the meatguy's BBQ sauce with it. I highly recommend this product. They taste better than any of the burger restaurants I know of.

普通にビーフ100％ハンバーグとして美味しいです。完全には付かないけれど頑張って2枚を張り合わせて焼いてます。 いつもは牧草牛生ハンバーグステーキを食べていました。 しかしながらこの商品のほうが日本人好みだと思います。スパイスが多すぎでは無いので好きな味付けで頂けます。 本当はもっとあらびきで牛脂が多めが好きです。
