[Notice] Receipts can now be issued from My Page (Order History)
Thank you for always choosing The Meat Guy.
We are pleased to announce the introduction of a new feature that allows you to issue and print your own receipts from the "Order History" section of your My Page, making your shopping experience even more convenient.
Previously, requests were made via the remarks column or inquiry form, but now you can obtain your receipts at any time you wish.
■ How to issue a receipt (PC)

Log in to The Meat Guy and open My Page.

From "Order List," open the details page for the relevant order.

Click the "Receipt" button displayed on the page.

The receipt will be displayed. Click the "Print" button to use it.
You can change the addressee as needed.
To print
The PC print dialog will appear. You can select your printer and print.
To download as PDF
The PC print dialog will appear. You can select "Save as PDF" in the "Destination" field of the print dialog to save it as a PDF.
(The screen may vary depending on your PC model and browser.)
■ How to issue a receipt (Smartphone, etc.)

Log in to The Meat Guy and open My Page.

From "Orders," open the details page for the relevant order.

Tap the "Receipt" button displayed on the page.

- The receipt will be displayed. Tap the "Print" button to use it.
You can change the addressee as needed.
To print
The smartphone print dialog will appear. You can select your printer and print.
To download as PDF
The smartphone print dialog will appear. You can select the share icon in the print dialog to save as a PDF or share to other apps.

■ Important Notes

Receipts can be issued after the product has been shipped (payment completed).

Receipts are managed by order number to ensure uniqueness. Order numbers and other details cannot be edited.
- Due to system implementation issues, tax rates on receipts dated before June 11, 2026, are displayed incorrectly.
If you require a receipt from before June 11, please contact us for assistance. We apologize for any inconvenience. - When you tap "Print" multiple times on a smartphone (mainly iPhone), a message may appear saying, "Printing automatically from this website is not allowed."
This message is caused by your smartphone's settings to prevent accidental taps, and it is not a message set by our company.
If this message appears, you can proceed with printing or downloading the PDF by selecting "Allow."
