Lamb patties ready to throw on the grill. We've already spiced them with just a hint of mint. These make fabulous burgers, top them just like you would a beef patty or be more adventurous - my favorite is basil pesto with blue cheese. In Depth Because size does make a difference! Our regular-sized patties weigh around 100g. Sometimes we do offer special patties which weigh 150g and are hand-made.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eFresher than our patties is impossible unless you start molding living cows into patties. We take fresh ingredient (never frozen) and mix them with fresh spices (not flavors!) and then mold them into patties.
